The complimentary transport card that is provided allows easy access up to the old town (2 stops) and down to the lakeside (4 stops). My room facing the station (currently undergoing major expansion) was compact and reasonably comfortable, with a notably high pressure shower. The station surroundings are typically unprepossessing but the attractive parts of the town are not far distant."
